I'm not out to pan anyone or anything that they create, but man, why do so many people like this band? With over 100,000 MySpace fans and tons of praise from the press and PureVolume, you'd think this band shouldn't have a problem scoring a major label, or even minor major, deal. But alas, I have not heard anything from anyone regarding Firebug. Prbably because 70s psychadelia sucks and no one really cares for it. Even if a good looking lady is delivering the vocals and guitar work. I think it's pretty lazy, boring, without energy garbage. That's the French way of saying it by the way... Gar Baaage. Or in American slang, shit. There are four tracks on this promo CD, that I really don't get and can't stand. I hope it goes away very soon. I cannot find one redeeming quality about this disc, other than I get to practice my typing while writing this review. Dog god dog god god dog goddog. Thanks and good bye. -MG |
