The Menu, Ohh And It's Amazing
So are you on a diet and going to the ranch? Well, get off the diet! The food is beyond great...it's impeccable, incredible and most importantly delicious! One thing for sure, we were fed beyond our wildest expectations! Many thanks to all the cooks that put everything they had into these meals. Absolutly amazing!

As for our favorites, a couple come to mind, the Sesame Pistachio Encrusted Halibut with an Orange Butter Sauce is one of our favorites, especially since Bre is not a big fan of fish. Following that, the Marinated Pork Chops with a Pomegranate Caramel and Five Spice Roasted Apples was heavenly!

So what about breakfast? It is the most important meal of the day right? Well, we got the royal treatment on that one too! In the early morning there was a continental breakfast, but if you waited the extra half hour, you could have a hot breakfast. There were several variations of eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, french toast, potatoes, breakfast burritos and the holiest of holy's: Chicken Fried Steak!
