Columbus OH's breakout band of 2008 Fatkid Dodgeball will be in NY with super producers Tomas Costanza & Anthony Santo (HOLLYWOOD RECORDS, EPIC RECORDS, COLUMBIA, ETC.) to record their latest EP at the world famous Killingsworth Recording Studios.

This story is phenomenal starting from the local Columbus OH bar scene, to releasing their first album, to features on MTV's Laguna Beach, MTV2, MTVU & Rock Me TV - all done independently.  

Highlights include:
MTV2 On Demand special "On The Rise" that was recently aired on MTV2 and Time Warner as well as just recently appearing in the studio LIVE on WNCI's Maxwell House - where FKDB debuted their singles, Sunday Morning and 17 Forever nationally!

MTV featured 17 Forever on this season's smash hit Laguna Beach - currently in re-runs.

FKDB's listing in the Top 10 Unsigned Artist List on Alternative Addiction and voted as best band name EVER! AND

Fatkid Dodgeball, winners of the MySpace National contest to open for national acts, opened for Universal Recording Artists Fall Out Boy, +44 (consisting of Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus from Blink 182), The Academy Is, and more at Blossom Music Amphitheater in Cleveland Ohio.
