ACROSS FIVE APRILS has recently posted their thoughts regarding the recent leaking of their album on a '"fan's" blog. The story was picked up by Buzznet, and so far their fans are showing the band much support.

We appreciate everyone who has come out in support of ACROSS FIVE APRILS throughout this. Piracy is a very real problem that affects all working bands. Victory Records does not tolerate piracy in any fashion, and would like to thank everyone who helps out our bands out in real ways, like purchasing CDs and merch at shows.
